Life keeps your whole life organised in one calm place — your Calendar, Tasks, Notes, Documents, Bills, Subscriptions, Kids Activities, School Activities, School Fees, Life Savings, Savings Goals, Life Goals, Email, AI Chat, AI Shopping, Reminders, Contacts and Budgeting. Your information is yours — this page explains, plainly, what we collect, why we need it, and the control you have over it.

What we collect

• Your account — your email address, and (if you sign in with Google) your name and profile photo.
• The things you add — content you create across the app's features: calendar events and appointments, tasks and reminders, notes, documents and images you upload, bills, subscriptions and budgeting figures, life savings and savings goals, life goals, kids' and school activities, school fees, and shopping lists.
• Contacts — only the ones you choose to import, and only after you grant permission.
• Email — if you use Life's email feature, we process the messages you choose to send through the app in order to deliver them.
• AI features — text you enter in AI Chat and AI Shopping is sent to our AI provider to generate a response (see below).
• Voice input — when you dictate, your speech is turned into text by your device's speech-recognition service. We keep the text, never the audio recording.
• A notification token — so we can deliver the reminders you set.

How we use it

Only to run the app for you: to sync your information across your devices, send the reminders you ask for, and power the optional features you choose to use. We never sell your personal data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who helps us run Life

We rely on a few trusted providers, and share only what each needs to do its job:

• Supabase — secure database, sign-in, and file storage for your account and content.
• Google — Google Sign-In, push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging), address suggestions (Maps/Places), and email delivery (Gmail) for the email feature.
• Google Gemini — powers the AI assistant and AI shopping. Text you send to these features is processed by Google to create a reply.
• Stripe — handles Premium payments. Your card details go to Stripe and are never stored by us.

Keeping it safe

Your data lives in our Supabase backend and travels over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Access is tied to your account.

Your choices

You're in control. You can export your data or delete your account at any time from inside the app — deleting your account removes your content from our systems. Need a hand with either? Just email us below.

Children

Life isn't designed for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Updates

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update it here with a fresh date.
